Ecommerce professionals struggle to reach their goals and communicate their impact
Three out of four ecommerce professionals said their teams didn’t reach all of their 2022 goals, a trend starker for B2C ecommerce professionals. Only 18% of B2C ecommerce respondents said they met their 2022 goals compared to 28% of B2B.
When it comes to reaching half-year goals, only 1 in 3 (34%) of ecommerce professionals expect their team to meet their goals in the first half of 2023.
